• The manual examines the general issues of designing welded structures, technological processes of their manufacture, organization of the production of metal welded structures, criteria that determine the optimal choice of a technological process option are given, calculation methods for ensuring the accuracy of manufacturing structures, methods of ensuring their operability and strength under the action of various loads are considered. The basics of technical and economic analysis of structures and their production processes are considered. The manual is intended for students of higher education and engineering and technical workers in the field of welding production.

• The monograph formulates new approaches to determining the meaningful content of the ecological and economic mechanism of water use security, which take into account the concept of sustainable development, the need to ensure socio-economic growth and national security. A comprehensive analysis was conducted, the practice of water resources management in foreign countries was summarized, and on this basis, ways of rationalizing water use in Ukraine were proposed. It is substantiated that the action of the mechanism is aimed at reducing the anthropogenic impact on the hydrosphere, improving water quality, and preventing the destruction of natural ecosystems. Based on the analysis of modern information and measurement technologies, methods and means of information processing and transmission, energy production technologies based on renewable sources, structural diagrams of autonomous automated monitoring stations, which provide automatic measurements, collection and wireless transmission of measured information, its storage and reproduction on the site are proposed.

• The training manual is an attempt to popularize the content of three fundamental procedural laws of Ukraine: the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the interdisciplinary legal institute "Review of Court Decisions", as well as the new procedure for applying to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a constitutional complaint and the European Court of Human Rights, taking into account the latest amendments to the Rules of the ECHR dated 30.10.2023. It is intended for a wide range of readers who are interested in the order of administration of justice in administrative, civil, economic cases during the review of court decisions in Ukraine and in the ECHR.

• The monograph summarizes the results of many years of scientific research, observations and research-production tests of the effectiveness of the use of agrochemicals, plant growth regulators and microbial preparations created at the Institute of V.P. Kukhar Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Institute of Agricultural Microbiology and Agricultural Production of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, PE "BTU-CENTER" and some drugs of foreign production. The book describes the characteristics of mostly domestic plant growth regulators and microbial preparations, the active basis of which are the products of the vital activity of micromycete fungi extracted from the root system of ginseng: amino acids, fatty acids, phytohormones, amino sugars, trace elements, that is, natural compounds inherent in plant cells. An environmental and energy assessment was carried out for individual agricultural activities. The book will be useful to managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises, farmers, scientists of biological, agrochemical, chemical profiles, teachers, graduate students and students of higher education institutions.
