How we missed interesting travels!

Especially for such meaningful, which are organized by the Chernihiv Historical Museum.

This time our way ran to the city of Pryluky and the village of Antonivka, the history of which is associated with the outstanding Cossack families of the Halahans and the Tarnovskys.

/Files/images/sotsiokultur_deyat/театр.jpgPriceless cultural heritage of Pryluky is architectural and historical monuments, witnesses of centuries-old events. Among the monumental stone structures of the city, the oldest is the regimental treasury, located on the territory of the former fortress. Built by Colonel Ihnat Halahan in about 1714 to store regimental valuables, kleynods and weapons.

The city is dominated by the domes of ancient temples built in different styles: Baroque, Classical (Empire), Ukrainian Art Nouveau. The Pryluky Center is decorated with monuments to Taras Shevchenko, Yaroslav the Wise and outstanding citizens: theater and film actor Nikolay Fedorovich Yakovchenko (next to his dog named Fanfan), poet Lyubov Zabashta; literary critic, ethnographer, Vasily Ivanovich Maslov.

/Files/images/sotsiokultur_deyat/покровська.jpgPryluky is the hometown of the Hero of the Soviet Union Oleg Koshevoy, one of the leaders of the underground organization "Young Guard" (Krasnodon, Luhansk region) during the Second World War. The Memorial Museum is located in the house where he was born and lived in 1926-32. Now the Pryluky residents are creating a new, bright, beautiful city.

The ultimate goal of our trip is the village of Antonivka, owned by several generations of Tarnovskys. On a hill, at the crossroads of five roads, stands one of the largest rural churches in Ukraine - the beautiful and majestic Church of the Intercession (19th century, neo-Byzantine style).

A very pleasant surprise for us was the concert of vocal groups and viewing the exposition dedicated to the history of the village. I would like to once again express my gratitude to the local community for the cordial, warm welcome.

How many interesting things there are in Chernihiv region, what hospitable and talented people, the nature is fabulous! We are waiting for new travels and unforgettable impressions to share with you!

It is not without reason that in 1996 UNESCO named the scientist a Man of the World; with Ukraine, his Cossack roots on the paternal side (father, Nikolai Ilyich, was born in Starodub, Chernihiv province). This is only 54 kilometers from Chernigov. And what do we know about this one of the oldest cities in Ukraine? It was a powerful political, economic, trade, military and cultural outpost in the north of Kievan Rus, in the Chernihiv-Seversk land. It was first mentioned in the "Tale of Bygone Years" in 882. Another old mention - in 907 - in the treaty of Prince Oleg with Byzantium next to such well-known old Russian cities as Kyiv, Chernihiv, Pereyaslav. Even then, the city on the Dnieper was an important stronghold on the way "from the Varangians to the Greeks."

Art therapy (Latin "ars" - art, Greek "therapeia" - therapy) is a modern direction of psychotherapy, which allows a person to solve various problems of psychological, communicative, social, professional nature in the creative interaction with an art therapist.

/Files/images/sotsiokultur_deyat/арт.jpgThis term appeared in the 40s of the twentieth century. British artist Adrian Hill, who worked in special hospitals as an art educator, drew attention to the fact that creativity helps patients recover easier and faster, distracting from their problems and experiences.

Art therapy has significant advantages over other types of psychotherapy, has no restrictions on use, including age, causes positive emotions, helps to overcome apathy, get rid of negative experiences, stimulates creativity and internal mechanisms of self-improvement and self-realization. It often happens that hidden desires, subconscious feelings and emotions are easier to convey in art than to express in verbal form. Therefore, in recent years, art therapy practice is gaining popularity as a method of treatment through art.

The central figure in art therapy process is not the patient as a sick person, but a person who seeks self-development and expanding the range of their capabilities. Joint creativity is combined with psychotherapeutic orientation, which gives a great result.

Everyone can be convinced of the limitless possibilities of art therapy today in Chernihiv by attending art therapy meetings of a psychologist, art therapist, head of the Chernihiv branch of the Art Therapeutic Association, Olga Timchenko.

During the meetings, various art therapy techniques and types are used: isotherapy, color therapy, bibliotherapy, fairy tale therapy, collage, phototherapy, ethnotherapy, game therapy.

The book is a great opportunity to get to know the whole world and understand yourself! Let's take a closer look at the techniques that are directly related to books and reading.

Bibliotherapy is an original method of selecting and reading literature of a certain content and topic in order to harmonize the inner state of a person, cognition of the world, increase self-esteem and for self-improvement.

Bibliotherapy involves not only reading fairy tales, parables, philosophical, literary works, but also the creation of a certain creative product by the client / group, its further discussion.

Every person's life is filled with events, stories, meetings. What are we ready to tell the world about, and what secrets will we leave only as memories?

Bibliotherapy is a wonderful tool for development and self-knowledge, as well as knowledge of the world around us. Creating a personal creative product, each member of art therapy group forms and processes their life scenario, has the opportunity to correct the past and look into the future. Bibliotherapy helps to reconsider your life and focus on the main thing, to show your individuality, to reach psychological maturity, to rethink some events, to hear unique stories from friends.

Fairy tale therapy is a way to objectify problematic situations, in other words, to create a special fairy-tale atmosphere that makes a dream come true, envelops everything around with a premonition of a miracle, allowing you to fight your fears and emerge victorious, and what is most important - it gives confidence and security.

A fairy tale accompanies a person throughout life, helps them to successfully socialize and effectively learn life lessons. A fairy tale is not just a fiction, a fantasy, it is a special reality of the world of feelings and dreams. It pushes the boundaries of ordinary life, acquaints the reader with such complex phenomena and feelings in an original allegorical form such as life and death, love and hate, anger and compassion, betrayal and insidiousness. A fairy tale is an ancient way to support a person with words, to reveal the truth of life, to teach to love and dream. And the obligatory "happy ending" becomes the main means of this type of art therapy, which helps to get rid of fears and complexes.

Therapeutic fairy tale differs from the usual one in that it is composed specifically for the characteristics of a particular person. Its characters experience the same emotions, struggle with the same fears, complexes. We are welcoming you to the meeting!
